RECOVERY DRILL, MODIFIED EXERCISE 5: MODIFIED SINGLE-LEG OVER
The starting position for this exercise is supine (Figure 6-106). The Soldier places the arms sideward at 45 degrees to the body, palms downward. The Soldier bends the knees to 90 degrees with the feet flat on the ground. The Soldier rotates the hips and lowers the knees toward the ground.

Before being discharged from level II and returning to unit PRT, Soldiers must meet the requirements shown in Table 6-5.
