PREPARATION DRILL, MODIFIED EXERCISE 4: MODIFIED ROWER
The instructor may modify the rower by decreasing the range of motion or limiting the use of the arms. The Soldier may use the modifications shown in Figure 6-63 and Figure 6-64 to exercise within physical profile limitations. The Soldier gradually increases the range of motion and works toward the standard execution of the exercise, then progresses performance to standard.
