A1A — Enlisted Flight Crewmember and Non-crewmember

A1E — Master Army Profession and Ethics Trainer

a. PDSI Code Proponent.

b. PDSI qualifications.

To qualify, a Soldier must complete all of the following:

Master Army Profession and Ethic Trainer Course (MAPETC) consisting of 40 hours of instruction.

Completion of this course requires prior completion of the 2 day Army Profession and Ethics Trainer Course (APETC).

The course objective is for graduates to facilitate the Army Profession and Ethic Trainer Course at proponent schools, centers and units and build and maintain a professional character development program within their areas of responsibility.

A1G — Chief of Staff of the Army Strategic Studies Group (CA-SSG)

A1J — Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (Eff 202204)

A1T — Autopsy Technician

A2A — ARSOF Group / Brigade Senior Staff NCO (Effective 202304)

a. PDSI Code Proponent.

b. PDSI qualifications.

To qualify an enlisted Soldier must serve a minimum of 12 months as a principal enlisted advisor in an ARSOF or Joint SOF organization where the commanding officer is in the rank of COL (O6).

Incumbents for these positions are selected by the USASOC Talent Management slating process IAW Chapter 10, AR 614-200.

c. Activities authorized to submit requests for award of PDSI.

A3B — Army Coach

All Soldiers must successfully complete a prescribed 80 hours of coach-specific training through an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

A4B — Army Leader Coach

a. PDSI Code Proponent.

Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff G-1, Office of Talent Management (DAPE-OTM).

b. PDSI qualifications.

1.

All Soldiers must successfully complete a prescribed 80 hours of coach-specific training through an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) and receive certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the Associate Certified Coach Level.

Soldiers classified as Army Leader Coach, PDSI A4B, must continue to demonstrate professional excellence, integrity, good judgment, and exhibit outstanding ability to support the Army Coaching Program.

The Army Leader Coach operates under the supervision of an Army Executive Coach.

2. Experience.

A minimum of 100 hours of coaching experience with at least eight different leaders.

At least 25 of these hours must occur within the 24 months as certified through the International Coaching Federation at the Associate Certified Coach Level.

3. Testing.

Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment as required by the ICF certification.

c. Activities authorized to submit requests for award of PDSI.

A4C — AH-64E Helicopter Qualification

a. PDSI Code Proponent.

(1) Soldiers who successfully complete New Equipment Training (NET) or the AH-64E (B-III) (T) transition course conducted under the auspices of the 128TH Aviation Brigade.

(2) First Unit Equipped (FUE) personnel who receive AH-64E training conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence, Ft Novosel, AL 36362.

(3) Officer and warrant officer rated aviator personnel who successfully complete New Equipment Training (NET) AH-64E aircraft pilot qualification training conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence, Fort Novosel, AL 36362.

A4D — Army Doctrine Developer

a. PDSI Code Proponent.

b. PDSI qualifications.

To qualify a Soldier (officer, warrant, or enlisted) must complete the Doctrine Developers’ Course, course # 9E-F93/920-F86, instructed (resident or mobile) by the Army Logistics University (School: 907), Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia and authors or co-authors at least one Army doctrinal publication that is authenticated by the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army, or equivalent type doctrinal publications (joint, Allied joint, or multi-Service) approved by their appropriate authorities.

A5B — Army Executive Certified Coach

a. PDSI Code Proponent.

Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff G-1, Office of Talent Management (DAPE-OTM).

b. PDSI qualifications.

1.

All Soldiers must successfully complete a prescribed 125 hours of coach-specific training through an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) and receive certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the Professional Certified Coach Level.

Soldiers classified in Army Executive Certified Coach, PDSI A5B, must continue to demonstrate professional excellence, integrity, good judgment, and exhibit outstanding ability to support the Army Coaching Program.

An Army Executive Coach operates under the supervision of a Master Certified Coach.

2. Experience.

A minimum of 500 hours of coaching experience with at least 25 different leaders.

At least 50 of these hours must occur within the 24 months as certified through the International Coaching Federation at the Professional Certified Coach level.

3. Testing.

Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment as required by the ICF certification.

A6B — Army Master Certified Coach

b. PDSI qualifications.

1.

All Soldiers must successfully complete a prescribed 200 hours of coach-specific training through an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) and receive certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the Master Certified Coach Level.

Soldiers classified in Army Master Certified Coach, PDSI A6B must continue to demonstrate professional excellence, integrity, good judgment, and exhibit outstanding ability to support the Army Coaching Program.

2. Experience.

At least 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over a minimum of three months.

A minimum of 2500 hours of coaching experience with at least 35 different leaders as certified by the International Coaching Federation at the Master Certified Coach level.

Holds or previously held an Army Executive Certified Coach Credential.

3. Testing.

Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment as required by the ICF certification.
