Air Force Pt Test 35 to 39 (Standards & Charts)

The air force fitness requirements for airmen in the 35–39 age group require that they complete the standard Air Force PT test, which includes a 1.5-mile run, sit-ups, and push-ups.

Members of the air force who are not able to complete the standard test can opt for the alternate test, which has the following components:

The alternative tests for airmen in this group are as follows:

  • A 20-meter HAMR (high-aerobic multi-shuttle run)
  • Hand-release push-ups
  • Cross-legged reverse crunches
  • Planks

The minimum standards for the Air Force PT test by gender are listed below; this means the minimum points required to pass this test are if you are between the age of 35 to 39 years.

Members of the Air Force in this age group should train their endurance, core strength, and upper body strength to perform well on the test.

The age range of 34 to 39 is essential for physical fitness and health. At this point, airmen are frequently at the peak of their careers and may have increasing responsibilities at work and home; this can make finding time for physical activity challenging, but they must prioritize exercise for optimal health and well-being.
