S1A Unit Space Trainer.

a. PDSI Code Proponent. United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT), 350 Vandenberg Street, Peterson AFB, CO 80914 through the Army Space Personnel Development Office (ASPDO)

. PDSI qualifications.

(1) Prerequisites. Completion of the USASMDC/ARSTRAT Army Space Cadre Basic Course or higher-level space professional development course (such as National Security Space Institute (NSSI) Space 200).

(2) Qualifications. Must complete at least 4-hours of tactical space training and participate in a live effects event (demonstration, range, exercise, etc.) as determined and certified by the USASMDC/ARSTRAT G37 Training, Readiness and Exercises (TREX) Division, Army Space Training Integration Branch.

Activity authorized to submit requests for award of the PDSI. ASPDO.

Restrictions.

(1) For identification of officers, warrant officers and enlisted Soldiers (SSG and above) in any AOC/MOS.

(2) Requests for award of the PDSI must be submitted through the Commander, USASMDC/ARSTRAT, ATTN: G37 TREX, 350 Vandenberg Street, Peterson AFB, CO 80914 for certification of completion of requirements to Director, ASPDO, ATTN: SMDC-FWA, 350 Vandenberg Street, Peterson AFB, CO 80914 for approval and submission to Army G1 for input.

S1B Stryker Welding Certification Course

a. PDSI Code Proponent. U.S. Army Ordnance School, Fort Gregg-Adams, VA, ATTN: ATSL-PDO.

b. PDSI qualifications. Successful completion of the Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM administered Stryker Welding certification course administers at their facility in Warren, Michigan)

S1J Operational Risk Management Course (ORMC)

S1L Sling Load Inspector Certification Course

S2B Stryker Master Diagnostician

b. PDSI qualifications. Successful completion of the U.S. Army Ordnance School administered Stryker Master Diagnostician course requirements as delineated in the Stryker diagnostician program handout. In addition, the program requires immediate supervisor and unit commander confirmation as to specify task completion.
