P4W Project Warrior

b. PDSI Qualifications.

(1) Minimum of 18 months successfully rated Platoon Sergeant Time.

(2) Be selected by the Office of the Chief of Armor.

c. Purpose. To identify the best CMF 19 SFC’s to serve as Observer/Controllers and Instructors (Army Basic Officer Leader Course (ABOLC) or Maneuver-Senior Leader Course (M-SLC)) in order to train Platoon level leaders.

d. Recommendation process. Soldiers may submit applications for entry into the Project Warrior program through their chain of command to the Office of the Chief of Armor.

e. Recommended Project Warrior assignment utilizations.

(1) 18-24 months as Observer/Controller at a training center followed by;

(2) Instructor at Armor Basic Officers Leaders Course (ABOLC) or Maneuver Senior Leaders Course (M-SLC).
