b. PDSI qualifications.
1. Service member must serve for a minimum of 18 consecutive months in one of the following qualifying positions (deployment time counts 2/1); Special Operations Forces paralegal; Ranger Regiment paralegal; Special Mission Unit paralegal NCO; Fires Brigade paralegal NCO; DIVARTY paralegal NCO; Combat Aviation Brigade paralegal NCO; Division NSL paralegal; Corps NSL paralegal.
2. Must successfully complete the NSL Primer course.
