ATIS Courses Worth Promotion Points 2026

ATIS is the Army Training Information System.

It’s meant to pull the Army’s training platforms into one place.

Instead of bouncing between separate systems to find a course, enroll in it and track what you’ve completed, it all sits under one login.

It’s been a long time coming, and it’s now live.

ATIS Learning is your modernized learning management system (LMS) that replaced ALMS 4.0 and provides an upgraded Army interface and experience.

ATIS Learning is accessible directly at learn.atis.army.mil or through the ATIS Portal Page at atis.army.mil.

ATIS is finally up, and I just logged in for the first time.

I went through the whole help guide and the frequently asked questions, but I don’t see courses being identified as DL (distance learning).

Is there a way to Google the courses and find out whether they’re worth points, or am I supposed to rely on RNG and pray the courses I’m taking give me DL points?

What I’ve worked out so far

The same courses that were DL points for ALMS are on ATIS.

But you have to reserve the course in ATRRS on a government computer.

I’ve put together the courses I’ve found so far, along with the DL hours listed for each course.

Which ATIS Courses Are Worth Promotion Points?

These are the courses I’ve found so far that carried DL points on ALMS and are now on ATIS.

How Many Promotion Points Can You Get From ATIS?

The courses above add up to hundreds of hours of distance learning.

The number of promotion points you can actually receive depends on the applicable Army promotion rules and how the completed training is credited.

I’ll keep updating this list as I find more ATIS courses that carry DL credit.
