Appendix H–7. National Guard Evalution Exceptions to rating chain qualifications and program responsibilities
The following are exceptions to the rating chain qualifications of paragraph 2–5c:
a.
The assistant AG, Army or the state CSM may rate an ARNG CSM serving as an NCO academy commandant.
b.
The state AG will rate the state CSM.
