In this instructional clip, Director of Training and Development Fraser Quelch demonstrates how to over shorten the TRX when fully shortening it will not suffice. For example, Fraser shows how a fully shortened TRX will not work for some TRX Low Rows. Over shortening can be a helpful way to explore some of the different ways to use the TRX.
