Here, elite endurance coach Matt Dixon shows us a drill he uses with all his top trithletes from Chris Lieto to Tyler Stewart. Called "A-Skips", this drill helps to develop the explosive propulsion critical to proper running mechanics and is an ideal drill to add in to your TRX Suspension Training workout.
